Casa Flamingo is a spacious 105 m² corner townhouse in San Pedro del Pinatar, perfect for up to 6 guests, though it is most comfortable for 4. Just 50 metres away you will find bars and restaurants, and only 150 metres away is the beautiful promenade and beach. The property features 3 themed bedrooms: Spain, Beach and Flamingo, adding a playful and relaxing atmosphere to your stay. A large children’s playground is available within 100 metres. The house has a bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet, plus an additional toilet on the ground floor. Casa Flamingo offers 3 terraces: one at the front of the house, a small terrace connected to the Beach bedroom, and a spacious rooftop terrace with breathtaking views of the flamingo lakes, salt lakes and the sea. The rooftop terrace also features a refreshing outdoor shower. The cosy living room with open-plan kitchen opens onto the front terrace. For your comfort, there is air conditioning in the living room and fans in all bedrooms. The house is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, PlayStation 4 and a TV without public channels, but with access to Netflix. All amenities, including the beach, promenade and restaurants, are within walking distance.

Hola! :) We are the Derks family from the Netherlands. We soon discovered that the Netherlands was no longer the country where we wanted to live permanently. The main reason for this was the rainy and cold climate, the lack of sun, sea, beach and beautiful boulevards. But the stress and constant social pressure was also the reason for us to leave the Netherlands. This gave us the idea to go to Spain. After several holidays in Spain, we quickly came to the conclusion that Spain is the country where we want to live. We noticed how friendly and helpful the Spaniards are. And of course we immediately fell in love with the Spanish coast, boulevards and the many restaurants, cocktail bars, shops and the many other activities that can be found there. Our homes meet all the stricter requirements that we set for a holiday home, the location must be good, cozy restaurants and cafes nearby and of course the beach should not be missing.
