My name is Andrea Straus, I have been working at 9 PLUS Property Management since 2019, I live in the immediate vicinity of the 13 villas we rent out. We help owners rent out their holiday home in the Alicante region. The villas that we rent are all of high quality. We want our guests to enjoy a carefree holiday in a super villa. The aim is to provide a 9-plus holiday experience to all guests who choose one of our villas.

Casa Juia is a beautiful villa, surrounded by mountains, fresh air and only 5 kilometres to the beaches of el Campello. Peace and nature and only 12 kilometres to Alicante centre. The house is spacious with three big bedrooms and two fully equipped bathrooms. The villa is sunny and comfortable.
