Fantastic accommodation in a lovely traditional Spanish villa with private terrace for guests, a nice heated swimming pool and a 2.200m² garden. Great incredibly views in a peaceful location with amazing and attentive hosts (Hans & Johan). You can rent maximum 2 rooms ; the villa is shared with the owners. The B&B can offer you a breakfast on the terrace. In wintertime the breakfast can be served in the classic dining room, decorated with Flemish tapestry. The Spanish villa has 2 double rooms for the guests with a comfortable and a spacious shared bathroom. The villa is shared with the owners. On the top floor, guests have a private terrace of over 50 m² at their disposal. With bar, dining table. Barbeque at your disposal with a small suppl. ( incl. charbon,..). In wintertime the swimmingpool is heated. The house has a free parking. You can also store your bike or moto safely in the garage. A (rental-)car makes it easier to discover the region. GPS or Waze : Remember to set your GPS or Waze to “do not use unpaved roads.” This place is also your perfect to discover the region or Chulilla. We speak Spanish, Dutch, French, English, German and Italian.
Your hosts are Hans & Johan. Friendly, nice and caring to help you out to make your stay wonderful and relax. They can help you with planning your excursions and day trips.
Located near the charming provincial village of Pedralba, who's situated at the river 'Rio Tùria' between the two natural parks 'Serra Calderona' and ‘Sot de Chera’. Close to Chulilla. In Las Toscas, surrounded by beautiful waterfalls, you can hike and swim. The Valencia province has the most stable climate of Spain with 320 days of sunshine a year; it is very pleasant throughout the year. Major points of interest less than an hour away : 10 minutes : Pedralba , Lliria (medieval villages) , restaurants, hiking , biking , Rio Tùria 10 min : supermarkets, bank with ATM, Post Office . 25 min : Parc Natural de la Serra Calderona 25 min : L'Eliana and his famous typical restaurants 25 min : FIRA & Parque Tecnológico de Valencia? the Cheste Circuit 30 min : Valencia City 30 min : Chulillia - Embassament de Loriguilla - Natural park ‘Sot de Chera’. 40 min : The Spanish coast , with sandy beaches (Farnals) - Chelva 50 min : Vineyards and winehouses of Requena & Utiel (Bodega Murviedro, …) This region is famous for its wine, oranges and olives, the sandy Mediterranean beaches, and the spectacular mountains.
