The fine print

Need-to-know information for guests at this property

- By regulation (Royal Decree 933/2021), which came into force on December 2, 2024, it is compulsory to register all guests online and pay the tourist tax before their arrival at the accommodation. This measure is for security reasons and applies to all tourist apartments in Menorca.

- The tourist tax is not included in the total amount (2,20€ per person per day).

- To keep the pool clean and the garden in good condition, our maintenance team comes twice a week. This maintenance is essential for you to enjoy the villa to the fullest. Visits are brief, discreet and only outdoors. We always give at least 24 hours notice. Thank you for your understanding.

- The house is rented as a whole. You will have access to all the corners of the house. The swimming pool is for your exclusive use.

- The maximum number of guests allowed is 7, between children over 2 years old and adults, and we will accept only one additional guest under 2 years old.

- Reservations from persons under 25 years of age are not accepted when the group consists exclusively of minors of that age.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
