Property information

A super 2 bedroom, modern and spacious house located in the popular area of Playa Flamenca on the Orihuela Costa. Available for the first time this year this house is in a quiet location but close enough to the local amenities not to need to hire a car. Less than 5 minute by car to the beach and within 15 minutes walk to the largest shopping centre on the Costa Blanca. Air conditioning, WiFi and English TV channels are all included in the price! Perfect for couples and small families alike.

Neighbourhood information

Playa Flamenca has a large choice of places to eat and drink. It is located on the coast and the nearest beach is less than 5 minutes by car from the house. The area is mostly flat making walking and cycling very easy. Within a 15 minute walk is Zenia Boulevard offering over 150 shops and restaurants. The local areas of La Zenia, Punta Prima and Cabor Roig can be reached on foot or by taxi and the nearest large town of Torrevieja is 9kms from Playa Flamenca. Directly outside the urbanization is the street market of Playa Flamenca on Saturdays for fresh produce. There are plenty of places to eat and drink within easy walking distance of the house and taxi´s are readily available when needed.
