The ACCOMMODATION is calm and very bright. The TERRACE allows you to enjoy the sun from morning to evening. IDEAL for digital nomads, athletes, and couples. The ACCOMMODATION is perfect for short stays, of course, but also (and this is rare on the island) for longer stays, as it is equipped for LONG-TERM. You will feel at HOME, sometimes even better (according to clients)! - The WIFI is excellent - It is possible to cook properly - The accommodation is very well laid out and ultra-comfortable - It is extremely calm and bright - Perfect for recharging, relaxing, and even working (NB: The accommodation is perfect for up to 3 people. If 2+2 children, please ask me privately). PERFECT LOCATION to enjoy the whole island as it is the central point: - 2 minutes from Teguise (historical capital) - 3 minutes from the Lagomar Museum (Omar Sharif's house) - 7 minutes from the César Manrique Foundation (must-see) - 12 minutes from La Geria (vineyards) - 15 minutes from Famara (surf and kite) - 20 minutes from Punta Mujeres (natural pools) - 25 minutes from Haria (palm grove) You have at your disposal : FOR THE BEACH - 2 Snorkeling kits, - 2 pairs of fins, - 2 Bodyboards, - plus an umbrella to enjoy the waves of Famara or picnic at Papagayo FOR BABY - a BABY CRIB, - a HIGH CHAIR, - a BABY BATHTUB EXTRAS - a filterless coffee machine - new washing machine - NO TV - Excellent WIFI I give access to my GOOGLE MAP with our best unusual and sometimes secret places on the island, far from mass tourism for those looking for the UNUSUAL.
We fell in love with the island during our honeymoon 13 years ago. We missed the magic of Lanzarote so much that we moved here with our two children in January 2022. The studio was renovated by Sébastien which is carpenter, and decorated by me, Céline. The avant-garde work of Manrique, Lanzarote's iconic artist, greatly inspired us.
It is preferable to have a car to get around, as the bus service is not optimized on the island. Access to our accommodation is very easy. You can park the car right in front of the apartment, two meters from the gate.
