It´s a property in center of Old town of Altea recently refurnished, maintaining its essence and beauty. It´s a three floor property each floor is independent with it´s own kitchen bathrooms . Main floor and penthouse have a huge terras with outdoor furniture with one bedroom and one 2 pers sofa bed Very close to center and oldtown and only 100m down to the beach, perfect location . Very nicely decorated with charm en lux furniture. All a temptation.
I am a Spanish guy born and grown up in Belgium. Lived in New York and London for several years. Down to earth and easy going.
It´s a very quiete neighborhood , very close to the beach in walking distance . The old town where you can find the best restaurants and shops are very close .
