The house is situated in south Catalonia, 50m from River Senia. It was renovated 15yrs ago, now a spacious dwelling, with a rustic feel to it. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a spacious terrace with picnic table and swing, and living room/dinette
I’m from Ireland, single. I’ve travelled to Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, and various European countries. I love the Mediterranean lifestyle and great food and easy access to beaches and mountains I bought my house 20yrs ago, and converted it from a ruin to a beautiful home. I love meeting new people and learning more about other cultures
The village is small and very quiet. Surrounded by olive and orange trees. The local language is Catalan but everyone speaks Spanish also. Local attractions include Els Ports and Montsia mountain ranges, Ulldecona reservoir, UNESCO rock art paintings of Ulldecona, the River Ebro and delta and the beaches. Also there are two one-star Michelin restaurants within 5km
