This project is born from the illusion of Los Joses, a team made up of Jose and Jose who have always bet on the great Potential of our land of Extremadura and especially of this special little corner that is Montánchez. We invite you to enjoy the rural environment in a different way, with a different, elegant, modern and very comfortable touch, but maintaining the essence and history of our rural houses. Welcome and thank you for sharing your moments and living them in our homes.

Property information

EL EDÉN RURAL HOUSE dates from the 18th century, and has 2 bedrooms, a living room / dining room, American-style kitchen integrated into the living room, 2 complete bathrooms (1 on each floor), private garden with pool and wonderful views of the sunsets from the balcony of Extremadura and the Montánchez Castle. EL EDÉN RURAL HOUSE has been fully restored in 2022, preserving the essence and history that characterized it and adapting it to new needs, adding an air of modernity and maximum comfort. We have wanted to preserve the traditional architecture in granite stonework and vaults with which the house was built, which formerly made up a large farmhouse that was segregated over the years. That is why you will find in our living room, an old door that gave access to one of the rooms of the old complex of the villa. We have also brought to light the ancient original stone masonry basals with centuries of history, which were used to dry earthenware, as well as to store food and other belongings. All this traditional architecture is now integrated into a modern and comfortable decoration, with all the services of a modern accommodation.
