The villa is located on the top of a hill and offers a phenomenal view at the surrounding mountains and the sea. The detached villa with pool and absolute privacy is located on a hill in the middle of a majestic mountain landscape. The view is phenomenal. The village of Sedella with a restaurant and a small supermarket is within walking distance. The site is approximately 4000 m2 and is accessible everywhere. The vegetation includes olive trees, almond trees, fig trees, palms, cypresses, oleanders.
I am retired after working as an environmental expert all my life. I like mountains and beautiful views, watching the sun go down with a cool glass of white wine. I hope the guests enjoy my beautiful home in Sedella as much as I do.
The villa is about 1 km from Sedella. It is located on top of a small hill in the middle of vineyards. The access road is easy to drive and there is ample space for cars at the villa. The site is approximately 4000 m2 and is accessible everywhere. The view of the mountains and the sea is breathtaking.
