In the heart of the Cumbre del Sol in Benitatchell, enjoy an exceptional 180° sea view in a fully refurbished flat for a dream holiday that will give you all the comfort and relaxation you will look for: Only 15 minutes from the beaches of Calla Moreig and Moraira and the centre of Javea, 30 minutes from Denia, 50 minutes from Alicante (airport) and 1H15 from Valencia (airport). The apartment provide the following amenities: - Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher - oven - hob - washing machine - Nespresso - iron - hoover - Air-conditioned living room and bedrooms - International TV channels - Shaded terrace - Two swimming pools in the residence
During our first trip in Javéa, we fell in love of the region and had decided to make Cumbre del Sol our second home. We were speechless of the exceptionnel view and variety of landscape. We renovated and decorated this apartment so we can feel at home every time we come and to whomever rent it. We hope you will feel the same and have a lovely time.
A very peaceful neighbourhood, easily accessible with free parking all year round. Regular maintenance keeps the neighbourhood clean and pleasant to live in. 5 minutes by car, some local shops (grocery store, pharmacy, bakery, tea room) as well as a large tennis and paddle center. 10 minutes by car, all the shops you will need with a large supermarket
