This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom corner house is in a perfect location in Estartit, a few hundred meters from the shops, restaurants and beach. Just a few minutes' walk away you will find the local supermarket where you can get delicious fresh bread in the morning. There is also a communal swimming pool. You can use the communal pool at Hotel Nereida. The hotel is about a 2 minute walk from the house. When you buy a drink you will have access to the pool. The pool has a bar where you can have the tastiest cocktails, a restaurant, Balinese beds and there is a DJ every weekend. Please take note You have acces when buying a drink. It is not allowed to take your own food or drinks.

The house is located a short distance from the beach and the center of Estartit, but if you want to go to other beaches or towns you will need a vehicle. If you want to visit other villages, it is best to do so by car. But there are also buses to and from the village so it is not absolutely necessary.
