Please ask. ----------------------------------------------------------- This cozy house is situated in a quiet, small, private residential neighbourhood and in very short walking distance to a number of supermarkets/bakeries, small shops, bars, restaurants and cafées. The huge shoppingcenter ZENIABOULEVARD is 2 min. walk away and just around the corner you will find the big weekly local market every Saturday. It is a 2-storey townhouse plus 20 m2 undisturbed sunroof furnished with comfortable sunbeds, sunshade, table and 4 chairs. The groundfloor has a cozy livingroom, diningroom and kitchen with direct access to outdoor utility room. Small bathroom with shower. 1. floor has a Master bedroom with a King Size prima bed (180x200 cm) and access to balcony with evening sun. Also a small bedroom with two good single beds and a bathroom with tub. The patio has a shady roofed porch and a west facing garden. There is wicker furniture in the yard: diningtable and 4 chairs, a sofa and two comfortable armchairs and a big sunshade. The garden has sun in the afternoon during the 3 winter months, but not the sunroof. The pool area is only A FEW STEPS from the house and can be accessed with a key. The pool is only for the residents - a nice, peaceful and friendly area with sun all day long also during winter time. The house is a private home suitable for use throughout the year with gasheater and cold/warm A/C. It is nicely furnished and decorated and has luxus top of the line matresses as well as quality linen and towels. The kitchen has everything you need in good table- and kitchenware, but no microwave. It is a non-smoking house, but you are welcome to smoke on the patio, where you will find an ashtray. AGREEMENTS: 1. Arrival and departure. Arrival time is 3 p.m., departure time 10 a.m. unless otherwise arranged with the owner.

Details to follow in due time before arrival. 2. Keys. Shortly before your arrival date a key box code is forwarded to you . The keys are ready for you in the box outside the house, and they must be placed in the key box upon departure and after the house is locked. 3. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. You are free to use 1 set of bedding plus 1 large and 1 small towel per person. Additional sets will cost an extra fee to be left in the house before departure. You may wash, dry and iron any extra sets yourselves. Large beach towels are not available. 4. Electricity and water are included in the price. There is air conditioning in the house (cold/hot) to be used wisely as consumption of electricity is a great burden on the environment and expensive in Spain. 5. Smoking is not allowed in the house. 6. Departure.The house should be left in same condition as upon arrival, tidy and nice both on the roof terrace, in the yard and indoors - no dishes, bottles or rubbish must be left. Outdoor grill and indoor oven to be cleaned. Please leave a bottle of drinking water and some toilet paper in the house. Maximum number of Pets: 1.
