An entire cozy 3 bedroom apartment (10-minute walk to the beach) with 1 open plan lounge/dining room, 2 bathrooms and a long balcony overlooking the park for a relaxing holiday. The apartment is self-catering and bed linen/blankets/towels are provided. A washing machine is available to use and daily cleaning/servicing of the apartment during your stay can also be arranged at a surcharge (please enquire about this, if required). Special check-in times (after 9pm and before 7am) can also be arranged at a surcharge. It is ideally located in the heart of Torrevieja, Spain, a famous holiday destination known for its warm climate, salt lakes and beautiful beaches. Very close to the local shopping centers, cinema, restaurants and the Consum supermarket is adjacent to the park and a minute walk from the entrance of the building. Guests will also have access to the sunny open rooftop solarium that has distant sea views (portable picnic table with seats available to use and stored in a cupboard within the apartment).
My co-host, Lidia will be available to arrange handing over and collection of the keys as well as helping with any queries/requests during your stay.
The apartment overlooks the palm trees of a local park (Plaza de la Habana) which is surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets. The local market is also available on select days only a few minutes walk away.
