Cozy, newly renovated apartment just a 3-minute walk from the sea, featuring a spectacular private terrace with pleasant views of the garden and pool. It includes 1 bedroom with a double bed, and a living room with an Italian-style sofa bed (it can be folded with the bed already made, to enjoy it as a sofa during the day and easily convert it into a bed at night). There is air conditioning in every room, a private terrace, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, oven, toaster…). The apartment also has 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a hairdryer. The complex offers an outdoor pool with a lifeguard during summer, a garden with a children's play area, and free private parking for residents. Excellent location, just a 7-minute walk from El Saladar supermarket, right by the sea, and only a few minutes’ walk to Arenal Beach. Everything you need to fully enjoy the coast!
