Nice modern villa with all facilities like sea vieuw big privat salt water swimmingpool,outdoor shower,extra outdoortoilet ,big terracs,and privat Bar,big sunbeds ,Gas BBQ etc walking distance from the beach,supremarkets ,resaurants and bars.

Neighbourhood information

there is a nice town shopping arrea with nice Bars and ofcourse in Elveria you find the famous beach places like the Beach House , Nicky Beach,sirokko beach and much more all on walking distance. Do you like to play golf then this is the perfect place for you in 3 km distance you find already 3 of the most beautifull golf cources of Marbella like Marbella golf and santa maria golf. the best way to move yourselve aroud the costa del sol is with a Bus ore by Car
