This beautiful duplex is located in a quiet residential area of bungalows called Vista Faro, in Maspalomas(Sonneland). It only takes a few minutes to walk to the nearest shopping centre, restaurants and supermarkets. Also, you can enjoy air conditioning throughout the house. If you have babies, just tell me and I will put you a travel cot and a high chair for children. Upstairs: -1 bedroom with a big bed and a large terrace with views of Maspalomas. Includes: bed linens, hanger, air conditioner, reading lamp, towels, etc - 1 bedroom with 2 individual beds which includes: bed linens, iron, hanger, air conditioner, towels, etc. - Complete bathroom with a shower, washbasin, bidet, toilet, shampoo, soap, shower gel, hair dryer, etc. Downstairs: - Fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dryer, microwave oven, cutlery, crockery, coffee maker, cookware, etc - Small bathroom with only a sink and a toilet - Living room with TV, air conditioner, sofá bed, free internet and wifi - Big terrace with a barbecue area and 2 hammock

I consider myself a simple person and what I like most in my life is to be with my family and live in peace. I love visiting other countries, going to the beach and go for a walk to the countryside. My motto in life is " live and let live ". If you decide to rent our house, I pledge that everything is clean, with some food and drink for your arrival and will do everything possible to make you feel like if you are at home. I will always greet guests when they come home, in case I can't go, there is a security box for the keys. Also, I leave you some Canarian food and drinks for when you get home tired from your trip. I am available 24 hours a day for any questions or queries during the stay and I try to answer as soon as possible. Besides offering a quiet location and a comfortable stay, we put a lot of effort into making our bungalow a cozy and interesting place. Upon arrival we will be happy to offer you recommendations for restaurants, cafes, bars and other places that we like the most.

Sonneland area is fairly quiet. There are several restaurants and supermarkets close. There is also a shopping center with all kinds of shops about 10 minutes walk (Zara, Pull & Bear, Calzedonia, Stradivarius, Timberland, Base Sport, etc ). There is a taxi and bus at 15 meters . I recommend renting a car for your stay. If you prefer not to rent a car, I recommend taking a taxi in the near area as the bus can be a bit more expensive, unless the distances are farther away, in this case, there is a bus station nearby at about 5 minute drive.
