This comfortable, spacious and bright duplex apartment measures 135 m² and is distributed over three levels. The apartment with capacity for 6 people, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is fully equipped and carefully decorated. On the main floor is the spacious living room with comfortable sofas, large dining table, flat screen TV, free WiFi and double doors that open onto a nice covered terrace. On this floor is the fully equipped independent kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and plates and bowls. Also on this floor there is a room with a double bed and a bathroom. The other two bedrooms are on the ground floor with two single beds each and another bathroom. From the main floor, stairs are accessed to the incredible roof terrace with beautiful views, which has sun loungers, an outdoor dining table and a barbecue, to fully enjoy the incredible Mediterranean climate.
