Hello, We work as Property Managers, where we help owners to rent out their homes when they themselves are not in place. The Mazarron coast is a 35 kilometer long bay that has over 30 different beaches! Here you will find four different towns / villages: La Azohia, Isla Plana, Puerto de Mazarrón and Bolnuevo. Each with its own charm and Spanish experiences. We warmly welcome you here!

Property information

Here you have a wonderful and modern Sea view apartment at the top of El Alamillo. Super easy access through the big ground floor terrace outside of the apartment. On the back side of the apartment you will also have a private back yard. Two good bedrooms (double bed in both) with ceiling fans. The living room has air-conditioner. Here you have everything you need and also a fantastic pool area.

Neighbourhood information

El Alamillo is a well-known holiday area with access to all the beaches of the Bay of Mazarron and Puerto de Mazarrón. With a few minutes walk, you find the restaurants and the beach of El Alamillo. With a 5 minutes drive, you have all the bigger food stores like Mercadona, Lidl, Aldi, and Consum. Also, you have the port of Mazarrón with all its restaurants, bars and shopping. The best is to have access to a car.
