Beautiful bungalow with a garden where you will feel at home. Recently renovated, the apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for two people and a smart TV 55 in different languages, a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a window. m furnished where you can enjoy your meals outside and work remotely. Area in which smoking is allowed. It has a separate room with a washing machine and an area to store sports equipment included in the price. Possibility of cleaning your windsurfing or kitesurfing equipment with fresh water to take it clean to your destination. The bungalow is in a quiet urbanization with a perfect location. Outside of it you will find all the services (bars, restaurants, supermarket, medical center, bus and taxi stops) and within a 5-minute walk you will reach one of the most beautiful beach on the island, Playa de Jandia. Parking spaces available on the property and outside
