Electricity is to pay separately at 0.25/kwh (about 20-25/week) Spacious triplex of 163 sqm in fenced community "El Faro", with 2 communal pools and a children's playground. Ground floor: private fenced garden & covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool; living room with sat TV; open kitchen, fully equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, coffee machine, water heater, oven and microwave oven; bathroom with shower and WC; laundry room (boiler, sink and washing machine). Direct access to children's playground. First floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, built-in wardrobes and balcony; bathroom with bath & WC Second floor: master bedroom (double bed) with built-in wardrobes; en-suite bathroom with bath & WC; spacious balcony overlooking the pool. The house has a large garage with direct access to the dwelling. Throughout the house: marble floors and staircases, ceiling fans, air conditioning, blinds, insect screens, latticework. WIFI Internet in the house.
El Faro is located in Puerto Rey at the Playazo Vera beach, a sandy beach, 5 km long and 100 metres wide, and an 8-minute walk (400m) from the house. Close to restaurants, bars, shopping centre, shops, supermarket, water park, sports complex with tennis courts, paddle, golf & minigolf. Within a radius of 10 km are 3 golf courses and 2 marinas. Vera is situated in the Costa de Almeria, Mojacar and Garrucha nearby. Only 45 minutes from the airport of Almeria & 2 hours from Alicante.
