Great penthouse in El Lago Mediterranean style small village surrounded by mature gardens, one of the best urbanizations situated adjacent and frontline to the magnificent 18-hole Los Arqueros golf course. Only 300 m from Prestigious clubhouse Los Arqueros with 2 restaurants, fully equipped gymnasium with fitness canter, golf academy and tennis & padel courts, bowling etc. El Lago, very privet, secure, gated complex with two community swimming pools one of which is heated, green landscape and gardens. Specious penthouse has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms good sized bedrooms, master with a suite bathroom. Large corner terrace, a great solarium with open views to the golf courses and sea. Completely fitted with the privet parking, safe box, and all facilities. Excellent location a short drive away from Puerto Banus and Marbella, The 'gastromony' town of Benahavis is a 5 minute drive.

Benahavis is a beautiful mountain village. A historically Moorish village, full with ruins and stones. Only 7 km inland. You take the road from San Pedro, of the Coast between Marbella and Estepona and drive up in the mountain road, into the village which offers you a panoramic and breathtaking view of the whole Coast. Nestled in the mountains, 500 metres above sea level, this charming, white village of Benahavis is lying between the Sierra de Palmerita and Sierra Bermeja and crossed by three rivers. There is a profusion of pines, chestnuts and corn oaks, surrounded by typical Mediterranean vegetation. Benahavis village The village has become very popular -. It has several new developments which are popping up all the time. In spite of this, the village is remained remarkably unspoiled, with the winding narrow streets with huge parking problem, typical in the Pueblos Blancos (white villages) in Andalucia.
