This beautiful development of apartments with heated pool is built on 2 levels, this one bedroom one bathroom apartment is on ground floor with a private pleasant back garden and large terraces with sea view and situated only a few yards from a quiet and very large walking pool. The terraces and garden catch the sun all day. Outside: This apartment has large terraces with a private pleasant garden with sea view, outdoor dinning table and 4 chairs, 2 sun beds. The garden is a feature of the property and the guests get pleasure from flowers scent and the plants. Utility Room: Washing machine. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service:Towels and linen are provided (not beach towels) and the apartment is cleaned and towels and bedding are changed on weekly bases. Other: Walk in wardrobe next to the bedroom with 6 drawer dressing chest, shelves and rails. Iron and iron board. There is a free WiFi by the swimming pool and the private wifi in the apartment for a small charge.
I have rented this property since 2009 through another holiday website and have numbers of returning guests with 5* ratings.
An exclusive quite complex neighbouring exquisite 5* Bahia Del Duque hotel and the impressive Plaza del Duque shopping centre, together with a range of reasonably priced restaurants and coffee shops. Only 200 meters from beautiful sandy beaches of Del Duque. Golf Costa Adeje, one of the main courses in Tenerife in not far from the complex. This beautiful development of apartments built on 2 levels, the apartment has large terraces with sea view and situated only a few yards from a quite very large heated (during the winter) walking pool. The apartment is suitable for elderly or infirm.
