Property information

It is a magnificent, modern, spacious and bright apartment with a terrace. Spacious living room with open and fully equipped kitchen for your use and enjoyment. Three bedrooms, one master with a double bed and two with a single bed, all rooms and even a terrace have mosquito nets. A bathroom with a shower and a complete bathroom.

Neighbourhood information

Salinetas is a magical and special beach that makes everyone who goes there fall in love. The apartment is just a short walk from its main avenue. You can also walk along the coast and breathing in the sea breeze to Melenara, which is ten minutes away, and continue the walk through Taliarte to La Garita beach, with coastal views that will make you fall in love. A few meters away there is a cafeteria with delicious breakfasts and good coffee, on Avenida de Salinetas there is also a restaurant on the beach and if you are looking for good fish and more variety on the beachfront of Playa de Melenara you can choose and always with the best views of the sea and the beach assured.
