Es Faro House has totally exclusive location: it sits on the first sea line, directly above the beach of Port Soller, and has direct access to the sea and the long promenade with plenty of restaurants, coffee, and ice-cream shops, grocery stores, and supermarkets, etc. Es Faro House offers an ample and bright seaview living room with 2 comfortable sofas and TV and a dining area with a cozy cast iron fireplace. From the living room, you get to the big covered terrace with a lounge area, dining table, and BBQ, where you will enjoy your meals and aperitifs while relishing impressive views over the sea and the whole bay of Port Soller. You will definitely spend most of your time on the terrace when staying in the house as the view is totally unforgettable. Then, you have 4 spacious double bedrooms: the master one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and, the second one with a double bed, and another two with two single beds. From each of the bedrooms you will enjoy sea views: just imagine, the first you will see waking up every morning is the sea and the hills of Mallorca.

Es Faro House is equipped with air conditioners and ventilators in every room, big fitted wardrobes in each bedroom, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, linens, towels, etc. There is a private parking space for a small or medium-size car, a large car should be parked on the street. Port Soller is one of the most exclusive and sought-after destinations in Mallorca: a former fisher port has been converted into a picturesque seaside town, which has become popular especially due to its Tranvía de Sóller (Spanish heritage tramway), its large bay with a sheltered harbor, and its picturesque surroundings. On the long promenade, you will find plenty of restaurants offering always fresh fish, seafood, and paella, a variety of ice-cream and coffee shops, and a lot of grocery stores with typical local Mallorcan products. *Payment of the Ecotax is mandatory in the Balearic Islands* *IMPORTANT: THE KEYS TO THE PROPERTY MUST BE COLLECTED FROM OUR OFFICE.
