The apartment is in a building with 3 more apartments, this is a duplex with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the first floor there is a double bedroom, toilet with bathtub, dining room, living room, kitchen, exit to the garden and a balcony with mountain views. On the second floor there is a twin bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, a shower room and a living room with a sofa and television. The house is very well equipped with fireplace, television, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle coffee machine, microwave, mini-cooker. There is private parking with a parking space and storage space for skis. Parking is not allowed in front of the car parks as a rule of the neighborhood community. - The apartment is ideal for coming with a group of friends to spend a few days in the mountains or with family. During the summer there are many mountain activities in La Molina, in the Lake de la Bullosa, or go for a walk along the river Alp. The town of Alp has a municipal swimming pool, football pitch, tennis courts and bingo. La Cerdanya is a valley with activities throughout the year, whether it is sports activities or more calm. There are two ski resorts just 10 minutes away, or Andorra 40 minutes away. Come and discover the beautiful lake of Puigcerdà, and the village of Alp, with some restaurants to lick your fingers!
