The villa is located on the border of Calpe with Benissa, 1.5 km from the center of Calpe. You can walk to the cove of les Basettes (4 minutes) to the sandy beach of La Fustera (8 minutes) and walk along the Benissa ecological route (4 minutes) to observe the botanical and geological characteristics of the coast, with beaches and coves. There is a supermarket. 10 minutes walk. Mercadona, Lidl, Aldi and Consum are 5 minutes away by car. The atmosphere around the house is very calm and comfortable. It is surrounded by nature and beach, next to the ecological walk that will take you to the beaches of Calpe and Benisa.
