This flat is located on the top floor of the building. It has 3 bedrooms, two of them with double bed of 150 x 200, the other one with a trundle bed perfect for 2 people. It has 2 terraces, each one with stunning views to the sea and the mountain. It’s a perfect apartment to see the sunrise :) Also, it has 2 bathrooms (one of them with shower), and with an independent kitchen fully equipped with all electrical appliances.

I’ve lived all my life in Guardamar del Segura but I have travelled to many countries and known different cultures, so I know how important it is to feel welcomed in your vacation spot. As owner of the Hotel Mediterráneo I have many years of experience with local tourism. You can count on me to receive information about activities in the area at any time, especially if you are interested in windsurfing and water sports. The apartment is located at the centre of Guardamar del Segura, its proximity to the beach makes this flat an ideal place to enjoy the sea just a 2-minute walk away. You can also enjoy its wonderful views of the sea from its two terraces. Very close is the promenade, where you can taste our cuisine in its restaurants. Besides if you like doing sports, Guardamar del Segura has a multitude of hiking routes and cycling routes. And we must not forget that among the beautiful dunes you can get close to the nautical port located at the mouth of the Segura River where you can practice a large number of water sports like sailing, canoeing, rowing, etc… And you even can take sailing classes in one of the best SAILING CLUB in the Valencian community.
