The house-studio is super cozy. It is designed for couples. You will have everything you need to spend a stay with full comfort, and just 5 minutes from the beach by car, with very large communal pool with natural grass. The studio also has a separate patio, where you can sunbathe, dine, read ... etc. with outdoor shower. It has wifi, television with smart tv. Just in front is located the Unide supermarket, without having to take the car you can do your shopping. The location of the studio from Alicante airport, is only 8 kilometers away, and Alicante 15 minutes by car.
Friendliness and attention to my guests comes first, I like them to feel at home and enjoy their stay.
Gran Alacant is an urbanization, located just 15 minutes from Alicante, and 8 kilometers from the airport of Alicante-Elche, has a shopping area (mercadona, lidl, comsun, clothing stores, decoration, cafes, pub.....etc) where you can make your purchases and relax in their areas of restaurants and pub.... Carabassi beach (one of the best in the province of Alicante) is located just 4 minutes by car, with its clear waters and beach bars. Gran Alacant, also has areas to walk in the mountains and enjoy the sea views.
