25m2 studio in the center, with one bedroom, with a living room with a sofa-bed and TV, with all the comforts to enjoy splendid days in Rota. Perfect for a couple, with or without children. It has a bathroom with shower, towel, dryer, shampoo, gel, etc., kitchen area with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, and kitchenware.
Rota downtown area, a few minutes from the beach, with public parking and supermarket, close to leisure areas, culture, shops and restaurants. Enjoy the activities that Rota offers.
