Modern and inviting studio with a balcony and access to the communal pool, just a few steps from the beach. Tastefully decorated, fully equipped, and perfect for 2 adults and one child. Situated only a 2-minute walk from the beach, this first-floor studio offers a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. It features a bright and well-designed layout, comfortably accommodating up to three guests with two single beds that can be joined or kept separate, along with a small sofa bed, all outfitted with new mattresses to ensure a restful and rejuvenating sleep. The studio also boasts a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower, while the balcony provides a charming spot with a table and two chairs, offering side sea views.

Neighbourhood information

Our accommodation is in a unique and unbeatable location, just a few steps away from the famous salt water swimming pools "Lagos Martiánez", designed by the multifaceted artist César Manrique. The Martiánez Beach is also only 500 metres from the studio. There are many restaurants, bars and entertainment options. The shopping centre "Martiánez", with shops, supermarket and parking (for a fee), is about 50 metres away.
