‘Eva Recommends’ was born out of a passion turned into a profession. Eva, from Jerez and settled in Seville since 2004, offers beautiful accommodations in ‘Casas con Encanto’ offering her guests in an outstanding and personal way, the opportunity to get to know the beautiful Seville and other destinations in Andalusia, becoming the best cicerona. Hence the name ‘Eva Recommends’. We are a great team who put soul and passion into our work. We are obliged by law to provide the personal details of all guests who are staying with us to the relevant government authorities. This information is contained in your passport or national identity card. You must provide the Advance Information via a secure network at least 24 hours before the day of arrival. We request a security deposit to protect us from any damage or accident which allows us to have a guarantee that we are covered, the pre-authorisation will be processed through a secure network at least 24h before the day of arrival. Failure to return keys or loss of keys will incur a charge which will be deducted from the security deposit. Rules: It is not allowed to accommodate people not registered in the reservation. No parties, disturbing guests or neighbours, loud music. We have systems to control the decibel level. Failure to comply with the rules will result in an extra charge of 50% of the full amount of the stay as a penalty, or immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

Well decorated an elegant Sevillian house with 3 floors with 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms each in suite, located next to the majestic Cathedral of Seville. There is no lift. Nicely decorated and well equipped with air conditioning and free wifi. The ground floor bedroom is in-suite, spacious and with a small sofa creating a comfortable and cosy space. On the 1st floor is the living room and the second bedroom with in suite bathroom. On the 2nd floor is the kitchen and the third bedroom with in-suite bathroom. On the 3rd floor is the beautiful private terrace with views of the Giralda. With outdoor furniture, awning and a small toilet. A great house to come to visit Seville with friends or family. Opening hours: Check-in: from 16:00 h Check-out: before 11:00 h Please note that in case of non-compliance with these times, an additional charge may be applied. Unless previously agreed with Eva Recommends, an unauthorised early check-in or late check-out will incur a penalty.

In the historic centre, in the oldest and most historic area, a few metres from the Cathedral, Real Alcazar, Santa Cruz district, next to the town hall, without a doubt, a privileged place. The area is full of typical and traditional bars and restaurants with good prices. There are several supermarkets within walking distance, shops, and many narrow streets full of local life, history and adventures that you will definitely enjoy, like getting lost in its authentic streets!
