Property information
Newly renovated Canarian house with very large spaces and wonderful views of the sea, the garden, the avocado plantation and exotic plants. All rooms have access to a large sunny terrace and solarium. Perfect terrace to enjoy from sunrise to sunset and where you can relax at night due to the tranquility of the environment. The house is the perfect place to enjoy the island and the luxury to return to after a day of hiking or relaxing
The house is located in one of the best places on the island because of its proximity to spectacular beaches (Bollullo, Los Patos, Martiánez, El Socorro) supermarkets, department stores and very good restaurants. It is the perfect starting point for wonderful excursions.
It is a large property with plantation of avocados and exotic plants that has 2 completely different and independent houses. Each one has its private and independent entrance away from each other, as well as its terrace and its private pool or jacuzzi to enjoy a wonderful stay in privacy and wonderful views!
