Just 60 metres from the beach and surrounded by all amenities, this property combines the authentic character of village houses with a modern rustic style. With capacity for 6 people, this cosy house is designed to enjoy a quiet holiday. However, it is important to note that the common interior space is small, being more comfortable for 4 people. In summer, when the patio becomes the main living area, this is not a problem, but on days of bad weather the interior space may be tight for more than 4 people. On the ground floor there is an intimate living room, a dining room and a fully equipped independent kitchen that opens onto a charming patio. On the first floor there are two en-suite bedrooms, both equipped with ceiling fans: A bedroom with a double bed, which offers direct access to the patio via a comfortable staircase. A bedroom with two single beds, perfect for children or friends. The beds are very low. In the patio we find an annex that offers a third bedroom with a double bed, which is accessed by a staircase next to the porch. The private patio is equipped with a table with 4 chairs next to the kitchen and dining room, ideal for breakfasts or dinners outdoors. At the back of the patio, a cozy covered porch with a second table and 6 additional chairs offers a perfect space for long after-dinner conversations. The patio also has a toilet with a shower. It has WIFI. ⚠️ The fireplace is decorative, it cannot be used.
