The house belongs to a community complex with a large outdoor pool. The site is only accessible to authorized persons and has plenty of free indoor and outdoor parking spaces.
The district of La Florida in which the holiday apartment is located is quiet and still offers various restaurants and shopping opportunities. The well-known larger shopping center is about three kilometers away and the nearest beach is also about three kilometers away.
