There are 7 rooms with a full en-suite bathroom, common dining room, kitchen and library on the second floor, along with a workspace. Outside, there is a pine forest and near the house there is a barbecue and covered parking. You will have total access to all house areas. The villa has a 4,5 mt. diameter removable round pool with inccredible views to the valley and the mountain.

The environment is really quiet sorrounded by pine trees and nature.. If you pay attention you will see squirrels! There are some nice hiking paths around the area and some nice towns to visit Alcoy, Alicante, Torremanzanas... Every Sunday there is a food and craft market going on in Torremanzanas. You will need a car to get in and out of the property.
