With 230 square meters of living space, this 3 bedroom country house, decorated with care, the bedrooms have comfortable beds: two singles and two doubles. Two full bathrooms, one with a shower, one with a bathtub and an outside toilet provide comfort, while the fully equipped kitchen and cosy living-dining room make you feel at home. Modern technology, including satellite TV and high speed internet, is combined with traditional touches such as a fireplace for cooler days and air conditioning in the bedrooms (hot/cold). Sustainability is key, as the finca is powered by solar panels. Enjoy the spectacular outdoor area with seating and sunbathing areas, a large outdoor barbecue and a children's playground complete with slide and swing for the little ones. The jewel in the crown is the 8x4 metre swimming pool, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers. Bicycles on site offer opportunities to explore the surroundings. For sporting activities or simply enjoying the starry nights, this is the perfect place. IMPORTANT: - All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax.
