El Pino – A Historic Estate with Modern Comforts Nestled in the Sierra de Tramuntana (UNESCO World Heritage Site), near the charming village of Esporles, El Pino is a beautiful estate, perfect for large groups or families, accommodating up to 12 guests. The main house features a spacious dining room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with terrace access, and a cozy living room with a fireplace, piano, exposed wooden beams, and stone walls. It has three large bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and fireplace. One offers stunning views of Esporles, while two adjacent rooms are ideal for a family with children. The estate also includes: Guesthouse 1: Two spacious bedrooms, each with a private entrance and en-suite bathroom. Guesthouse 2: Next to the private pool, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one room is wheelchair accessible). Modern Comforts & Outdoor Spaces All rooms have air conditioning and free WiFi. The large private pool features a small grotto, sun loungers, a dining area, and stunning views of Palma. There’s also a bar, barbecue, and pizza oven. The expansive garden offers shaded spots to relax. A Peaceful Retreat with Spectacular Views At the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana, El Pino boasts fantastic mountain and valley views. Just 1 km from Esporles, 10 km from Valldemossa, and 6 km from Palma, it’s ideal for yoga retreats or a peaceful getaway. Additional Information Estate size: 2 hectares with fruit trees. Buildings: 550 m² with spacious communal areas and en-suite bedrooms. No pets, smoking, or events allowed. Eco-friendly measures, including waste separation and low-energy lighting. Electricity monitored (extra charge for excessive use). Exclusively for families or groups of friends/couples. The house has no stairs and is on the ground floor.There is no sauna and no TV. The outdoor area is completely paved and not a terrace. There are neighbors nearby, so remove the information that says there are none.
