In a Toplocation of Lajares: Finca Felix Apartment is a beautiful rustic apartment and is (connected) part of a villa which is built in the style of an old Canarian Finca. The apartment is located at the back of the Finca with own entrance and is directly located on the private pool (non-heated) of 7x3m, a lovely terrace with sunbeds and a big private garden with views on the vulcanos. The apartment consists a living room with Smart television, a sleepsofa, dining table and a kitchen with a 2pits cooker, microwave, water cooker, dulce gusto and coffeemaker. Everything to prepare your delicious meals and nice drinks. In wintertimes there is a (gas)heather, if needed. The modern bathroom has a toilet, sink with a large mirror and a very nice walk-in rain shower. The bedroom has 2 single beds which can easily put together. The bedroom has a large wardrobe and a cealing fan. There is a free washing service for your laundry.

I'm Jan, with Belgian and German roots, born and raised in Germany. Before i moved to Fuerteventura in 2017 together with my wife, I've lived in Holland for 16 years. During this period, Fuerteventura, was for many years my favorite destination for nice surf holidays. What I like the most here, is the nature with his beautiful beaches, impressive volcanos and the ocean as playground. The vibe and atmosphere of the island and of course the perfect climate, gives me that positive feeling every day. With Finca Felix Apartment, I think we created a cozy and very comfortable apartment in the sun, where you can enjoy the island vibe together with a 'feeling at home' atmosphere.

Around the apartment there is a nice terrace with sunbeds, which catch the sun all day, but there are also shady spots available. The terrace in the corner, next to the the pool is out of the wind which also makes it very pleasant in the winter. The apartment has a big garden around the house where cactus and palm trees provide a nice atmosphere. Lounging by the pool in the evening you can watch fabulous sunsets. Lajares is very loved village with a hippy vibe. The apartment is situated in one of the best areas of Lajares. It is very quiet area but still within a few minutes walking distance of the authentic centre of Lajares, where you find the nice bars, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacy, supermarket, cash point and surf shops. It is a 10 minutes drive to the beautiful beaches and center of Cotillo and about 15 minutes driving to vibrant Corralejo and the Grandes Playas/dunes. On Saturdays there is an original Craft Market in the center of Lajares where you can always find something special.
