Property information

Finca Las Olivas is located in the south of Gran Canaria, close to the village Ayagaures, on the border of the National Park Pilancones. The plot has a size of 16,500m2 and for the most part it it lies at the side of the platform above the valley and offers a fantastic view to the sea. To the dunes in Maspalomas, it is a beautiful valley about 15min away by car. The accommodation is in two buildings, which are right next to each other. Both are built in traditional style. The main house consists of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a rest area with an optional double bed and a master bedroom with a bathroom. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a single bed. In front of the main house is a spacious terrace with a canary porch and a summer kitchen. From the terrace you have an amazing view into the whole valley. Next to the main house is a renovated stone barn with the interior converted into a bedroom with a bathroom. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a single bed. In front of the house is a terrace overlooking the orchard and the valley. The houses are surrounded by a large terrace with pergola and prefabricated small heated pool (12.000 l). In the large garden near both houses you can find another covered garden gazebo. The adjacent land opens to the extensive orchards with hundreds of fruit trees. There are two roof covered parking spaces.
