With a private pool measuring 9 meters long and 5 meters wide, its variable depth from 1 to 1.7 meters promises a refreshing escape. Perfectly located loungers invite you to relax under the warm sun, while an outdoor shower provides a revitalizing touch. The large garden offers a haven of greenery, and the furnished porch is the ideal place to enjoy moments of relaxation. Additionally, a barbecue completes the experience, inviting you to delight your senses with exquisite flavors. This charming house, clad in stone, offers a perfect blend of comfort and style. In its cosy living room, you will find a Smart TV, AC and a warm fireplace, ideal for cosy evenings and a comfortable sofa that invites you to relax. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, where you will find everything you need to create delicious meals. When it's time to relax, there are three bedrooms, all with air conditioning and wardrobes. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other two have two single beds each. There are two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, with towels changed every three days. The house also includes practical amenities such as washing machine, iron and ironing board. For families with babies, a cot and highchair are provided. A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included. Please note that the central heating will be switched on automatically from 20:00h to 07:00h.
