Hello-Alex and Berta here! We speak Spanish and English. Alex works from home and is available most of the time. We enjoy a quiet life with our two children. In warmer months you would probably see me a lot pottering around the garden, part of it we would share with you. We also enjoy sharing information about the area and nearby cities with our guests. We like reading, gardening, travelling, art, music and wildlife.
The flat is in our house, but you will have independent access to it. We both enjoy meeting new people, so if you feel like it, you could come and have a cup of tea with me. We also allow our guests use of the garden patio.
Our neighbourhood is very close to the village of Plentzia, the metro station and the beach. We also have available community pool- for free- and padel and tennis courts ( for a small fee ) in the area. The neighbourhood very quiet and it is easy to park your car, which could come very handy during the summer months. However, it is very important to know that you need a car in order to access the urbanization.
