Our apartment is located in Playa del Inglés, in the Solymar complex, with one of the best climates in the world. The apartment has been recently renovated (completed on July 3, 2023) to enhance your stay. This apartment has a fantastic communal pool within the complex, completely free and open all year round. The interior of the apartment is brand new and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant vacation. The bedroom has a double bed, a single bed, a clothes rack, a bedside table with a reading lamp, and a Smart TV. The living room has a TV, a dining table with a sofa, a balcony with chairs and a table perfect for dining. Views of the pool. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking, as well as plates and glasses. The apartment also has a bathroom with a shower. ✔ The building has an elevator. ✔ Free WiFi & parking. ✔ Smart TV. ✔ We provide bed linen and towels. In the surrounding area (and right below the building), you will find supermarkets, restaurants, ATMs, tourist activities, bazaars, public transportation, Playa del Inglés, Yumbo, and much more. Just a few minutes' walk from: ✔ Maspalomas Beach and Dunes. ✔ Cita Shopping Center. ✔ Yumbo.
