Mi Capricho Urbanization, built in 2002 on 16,000 squared meters, is set in a stunning location in Calahonda, Mijas Costa, on Spain’s Costa del Sol. Set on the water’s edge of the Mediterranean sea and surrounded by a forest of pine trees. Mi Capricho is that well kept secret. A very popular residential front line beach complex and a favourite tourist destination. With direct access to the newly built coastal wooden path, which connects the seaside village of La Cala de Mijas and all coastal areas towards Marbella’s Cabopino Marina Port. Mi Capricho provides access to many sandy beaches along this new route. Mi Capricho has two large swimming pools and two additional children's pools, lifeguard on duty during high season months, gated community with 24 hour security, beach bar and restaurant open during summer months, landscaped communal gardens, playground area for children, direct access to the beach, underground parking, wheel chair and chair lift for the disabled, free WIFI area, and elevators to all floors.
