First line 1-bedroom apartment situated at only 750m from Port of Los Cristianos and at a 15 min walk to famous Las Vistas Beach. Located on the 6th floor with elevator, it offers 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower cabin, fully equipped kitchenette combined with the spacious and bright living room with sofa bed, leading to an ample terrace with sun beds and balcony with breathtaking ocean views. Enjoy the walk along the promenade with plenty of beaches, shops, bars and restaurants along the way! The promenade extends for around ten kilometres, from Los Cristianos. Passing Playa de las Américas, San Eugenio, Puerto Colón, Playa del Duque and ending in the fishing village la Caleta.

Neighbourhood information

At a 15 min walk you will reach famous Las Vistas beach, and at only 8 min drive you will be able to enjoy the attractions of Siam Park and Siam Mall. Its proximity to south airport stands at 15 minutes or 16 km. Comodoro is located in a less busy area of Los Cristianos, although parking can be difficult at times due to its close location to the coast. The accommodation is not provided with parking. Guests can park for free along the roads outside the complex.
