This is my home, I rent it out whenever I'm travelling.
It consists of a street level apartment and a basement. The basement will remain locked during your stay, but the full loft apartment will be available to you.
It's equipped with a full kitchen, a TV, a sofa (sofa-bed), a bathroom and a room. You'll have access to all cooking and cleaning materials.
Please note that the hot water will last for about 2 showers, after that you may have to wait for the tank to refill.
The property is alarmed by a professional security company, so you will find sensors in the doors and a photosensor aimed at the entrance. The alarm will be disconnected during your stay or you'll simply get a copy of the control device.
I'm an engineer and I travel frequently for work. You'll find some of my books and other items around the apartment while you're there, but most of them will be kept in the basement.
The apartment is located in a residential neighbourhood in Badalona, close to Barcelona. Both metro and bus lines connect the apartment with Barcelona center. You can be in the Sagrada Familia in 25 minutes or in the Gothic Quarter in 35.
