Beautiful two-bedroom penthouse with private terrace, just steps from Cádiz’s Central Market. Accessed via a private lift, the apartment opens into a spacious and bright living room with a 1.60 m sofa bed, armchairs, Smart TV and large windows. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, with a small dining table for three. The first bedroom is interior, quiet and bright, with a 150x200 cm bed and built-in wardrobes. The second bedroom has two windows, a 160x200 cm bed, and a large wardrobe. There are two bathrooms: one complete with a shower and a second WC with a walk-in shower. From the kitchen, you access the stunning private terrace, furnished with loungers, an outdoor lounge area, shower, dining table for six, high table with stools, and retractable awnings – perfect for relaxing under the Cádiz sun. *When booking with Genteel Home, you will have the opportunity to book additional experiences and activities to enhance your stay. You can choose to book or decline them.
