Two-story house within a residential area with 8 more houses, very quiet, well-kept and beautiful common areas. It has a private outdoor area with garden furniture (table and chairs) to enjoy meals or snacks outdoors. The duplex has A/C (hot and cold) in all rooms. It has a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, refrigerator, TV and the necessary utensils. Cleaning and hygiene products are included. Recommended for its location, very close to beaches and the historic center, but at the same time you can enjoy the tranquility and rest at night.
We want our clients to feel comfortable and to be able to enjoy their holidays in a pleasant and calm environment.
The house is very close to Cruz del Mar beach, 230m away. 140m from Isaac Peral street (Sierpes street) area with many bars, restaurants and shops. 850m from the Lighthouse and Regla beach.Chipiona is a coastal town with a mild climate throughout the year, ideal to visit both for its beaches and for its gastronomic and cultural offer. At 100m is the birthplace of Rocío Jurado and her museum at 700m. Its Carnivals, considered of Tourist Interest in Andalusia, are famous. It is located between Rota and Sanlúcar de Barrameda, 30 km from Jerez de la Frontera and 50 km from the city of Cádiz.
