Newly renovated holiday apartment (50 square meters) on the first floor, located between two paradisiacal coves (Cala Ferrera and Cala Serena) just 3 minutes on foot. The main avenue of Cala Ferrera, with shops, restaurants and parks, is only a 10-minute walk away, and Cala D'or is 20 minutes away on foot. In front of the building, you will find free public parking, a small supermarket with all necessities, and the public bus stop is 3 minutes away on foot. The maximum capacity of the apartment is 6 people. It features 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms (one of them en suite), and a fully equipped kitchen (capsule coffee maker, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, among other appliances). There are 3 balconies and a shared pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. The apartment offers air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi, and self check-in via key box. The tourist tax is not included and must be paid in cash on arrival. A cot is available on request and for an extra charge per night, to be paid in cash. Taxi service for airport transfers is available upon request. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for cribs.
