Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and central accommodation, a few minutes from the beach and the old town, next to the new town hall, surrounded by shopping centers. You will live with an older couple and our pet Noia, very affectionate and calm. For days when you don't feel like going to the beach, or after a day at the beach, there is a community pool at your disposal.
Important notice: Due to the serious drought that Spain is suffering, it is possible that the Government applies restrictive measures on water consumption. These measures may affect the closure of swimming pools, public showers both on beaches and in accommodation, as well as the hours and quantities of supply. Please consult these restrictive measures before traveling, if any. The property is not responsible if the aforementioned measures are applied.
The neighborhood where we are located is Huerta Nueva, just 5 minutes from the beach and the recently remodeled promenade, near the new Town Hall and the old town.
Very quiet neighborhood, surrounded by parks and gardens.
